FIQH 101: Fiqh of Purity 

Course Description: This course is designed to provide a thorough review and analysis of the different madhāhib (Islamic schools of thought), focusing on their evidence and methodologies. We will explore essential topics such as Wuḍū' (Ablution), Ghusl (Purificatory Bath), Ḥayḍ (Menstruation), Tayammum (Dry Ablution), and more. The course aims to equip participants with the knowledge to learn Fiqh from the Ḥanafī perspective while providing certain case studies of various rulings to critically analyze and weigh differing opinions of scholars of the 4 madhāhib and other lesser-known scholars. Students will also study contemporary rulings and evidence, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of purity in Islam.
